Small Pencil Case made with Upcycled Dark Denim and Organic Cotton with Orange Star Pattern for the Inner Lining.

Product Details/Dimensions: Handmade pencil case. Made with upcycled denim and bright stem orange star pattern for the inner lining. This is the first pencil case to be made. The dimensions are 20x6x5cm excluding handle/loop. Suitable for Men and Women.

Pattern/Design: The pencil case features a unique triangle shape design made with upcycled denim and organic cotton fabric that has an orange star pattern created by the artist/designer. It is inspired by early Modernist designs and traditional Japanese textiles. The pencil case is designed, made, and sold by the artist/designer.

Materials: The outer fabric is made from upcycled dark denim, which provides padding and shape, giving a distinctive feel to the pencil case. The inner fabric is made from organic unbleached cotton drill, screen printed with a unique orange star design using eco-friendly dye-based inks. This material has a soft feel and a natural oatmeal finish with flecks of cotton seed.

Ethics/Sustainability: Pencil case has been handmade by the Artist/Design. Outer fabric was made from denim fabric taken from a pair of jeans that would otherwise have been heading to landfill but now has another lease of life. Whist the cotton inner lining was made in the UK at a Solar powered factory. Screen printed with water based inks (meaning no harmful chemicals have been used.) Printed on 100% Unbleached Organic Cotton. GOTs certified which stands for (Global Organic Textiles Standard). 

Care Instructions: Handwash. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
