About the Artwork/Design:

I often use triangle patterns to explore colour relationships. In this print I was exploring how bright colours like those used by expressionist painters or graphic designers (in this case the pink) might work with more muted colours that are used more commonly by landscape painters/photographers i.e the green, blue and grey. The idea being to create a pattern that is both calming and vibrant.
